Meeting instructions:
– Airport: your driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the gate, holding a sign with your name on it. In Italy, drivers are not allowed to enter the baggage claim area
– Accommodation: your driver will look for you in the lobby of your hotel.
– Private apartment: meet your driver close to the main door, in the street.
Any different meeting instructions will be notified on your confirmation voucher.

I have lots of luggage, will my vehicle have enough room?
When we schedule the vehicles for transfers, the rule we follow is to consider that each passenger will have up to one suitcase and one small carry-on.
If you are traveling with more luggage or luggage with no standard size, please advise us at the time of reservation. We are not responsible for problems due to excess luggage.
Do you provide baby or booster seats?
Usually, we can provide them according to availability: if requested at the time of the booking specifying the age, weight and height of your baby.
In this way, we can provide the appropriate seat according to Italian law.
