We put ourselves in our customers’ shoes: when you book a tour, what is the most important thing for you? You want to be sure that you and your family/friends will be 100% safe during the experience and that whatever happens, you will not lose your money.
Travel safe
The safety of our passengers and staff has always been our priority. We want your experience to be comfortable and safe and for this reason, even post-pandemic, we will continue with all the safety measures.
Private Services (Tours & Transfers)
Your party will be the only one in the vehicle, with the maximum comfort, safety and privacy.
Shared Services (Small Group Tours)
To guarantee a relaxing experience, all our services will be arranged using the right size vehicle, and in respect of all the actual rules.
Vehicles
Vehicles are cleaned at the beginning/end of each service by our professional cleaning team. Our products follow the regulations set by the Health Organizations, and include the AC system, filters etc. Vehicle interiors are cleaned and disinfected paying attention to seating areas, armrests and door handle. Vehicle exteriors are hand-washed.
Venues
All the attractions and venues (museums, restaurants, wineries, etc.) suggested or included on our tours, strictly follow the safety rules according to the evolution of the situation.
No facial masks
Actually it is not mandatory for guests and staff to wear a protective mask.
Changes
All the above safety rules are subject to changes according to the evolution of the situation.
Book with confidence
We would like you to put your mind at ease about traveling once again so even in the post-pandemic time we want you to feel confident about our flexibility and all the other alternatives if you decide to change your plans.
Free date changes
You can change the date of your tour or transfer for free.
Credit for future tours
If you don’t know when you’ll be able to travel in the future, convert your credit payments. We will keep your money safe and you can book your tour whenever you want until December 2024.
Gift or transfer
You can transfer your credit to a friend or family member, at no extra cost.
