Can we reserve a local guide directly on site, on the day?
Unfortunately, no! If you want to add this optional service, you must book it at the time of reservation or at least a few days in advance.
I’d like to visit the Accademia Museum or the Uffizi Gallery, do I need to pre-purchase the entrance fees?
Absolutely yes! First, because it is the only way to be sure about the availability, and secondly, being timed entrance fees you can arrange your day to maximize your short time ashore.
WE can buy the tickets for you or if you prefer, you can do it on your own: Uffizi Gallery, Accademia Museum.
Please pay attention to the time you choose and be sure it is feasible with the tour schedule. If you have a doubt ask us.
May I visit both Accademia Museum and Uffizi Gallery in Florence?
Normally and especially for the first-time visitors, due to the short time ashore, we highly recommend choosing one of the 2 attractions so you can use the balance of the time to see other highlights of Florence. However, you are free to decide how to spend your time so if it is your main interest, surely you can visit both.
Just to help you plan your day, from our experience people spend 45 mins/1 hour at Accademia Museum where the main attraction is the David by Michelangelo, and at least 2/3 hours at Uffizi Gallery.
I’d like to climb the Pisa Tower, can I buy the entrance fees directly there on the day?
Due to the popularity of the attraction and the limited number of people allowed to climb the Tower, we highly recommend to pre-purchase the timed entrance fees to be sure about the availability. Leaning Tower tickets can be purchased starting from 20 days (GMT) prior to the date of the visit until the day of the visit (GMT), subject to availability.
