Meeting instructions:
– Florence Train Station: your driver will be waiting for you inside the train station in front of the pharmacy, holding a sign with your name on it
– Accommodation: your driver will look for you in the lobby of your hotel.
– Private apartment: meet your driver close to the main door, in the street.
Any different meeting instructions will be clearly notified on your confirmation voucher.
You will be driven directly to your final destination.
Where do I meet my driver at the Florence Train Station?
Your driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it, in front of the pharmacy store (called Farmacia S. Maria Novella) inside the station.
Where is located the pharmacy store inside the station?
At the end of the train platforms, exit the glass security gate and turn left in the direction of the exit. The pharmacy identified with a green cross is 15 meters (about 16 yards) before the exit, on your right.
Can the driver meet us at the train car or the end of the platform?
Unfortunately no, due to security reasons drivers are not allowed to enter that area.
How long does it take from the time we arrive to when we meet our driver?
It depends on your train platform however, it usually takes approx. 2/3 minutes.
Do you monitor trains for delays/cancellations?
Yes, we do. The team at the office and the drivers too, constantly monitor the situation. However, sometimes the info could be not updated in real-time.
If you know your train is canceled or delayed, please let us know asap so we can do our very best to reschedule your transfer, according to our last-minute availability.
How long is the ride from Florence Train Station to my accommodation in Florence?
It mainly depends on where your accommodation is located in Florence. Just as a reference, consider 15/30 minutes.
