Meeting instructions:
– Airport: your driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the gate, holding a sign with your name on it. In Italy, drivers are not allowed to enter the baggage claim area
– Accommodation: your driver will look for you in the lobby of your hotel.
– Private apartment: meet your driver close to the main door, in the street.
Any different meeting instructions will be notified on your confirmation voucher.
You will be driven directly to your final destination.
How long does it take from the time we land to the time we meet our driver?
Normally it takes up to 30 minutes. If it takes longer (your luggage is lost or it takes a long time to come out), please call us or ask the customs officer to let you get out a few seconds and tell your driver you’ll be late.
How long is the ride from Pisa Airport to my accommodation in Florence?
It depends on the time of the day, traffic and where your accommodation is located in Florence. Just as a reference, consider 1 hr and 15 minutes.
I need a transfer from my accommodation in Florence to Pisa Airport, for an early departure flight…
Even if you depart with the first flight of the day, please keep in mind that Pisa Airport opens at 4:00 am. So it doesn’t make sense to arrive there earlier. Normally at that time, the ride from the city center of Florence is approx. 1 hour.
I have lots of luggage, will my vehicle have enough room?
When we schedule the vehicles for transfers, the rule we follow is to consider that each passenger will have up to one suitcase and one small carry-on.
If you are traveling with more luggage or luggage with no standard size, please advise us at the time of reservation. We are not responsible for problems due to excess luggage.
