A Journey Through History
Your adventure begins in Florence, where you’ll join a small group of like-minded wine enthusiasts. As we drive south, your knowledgeable guide will introduce you to the heritage of Chianti Classico—the iconic land of the “Black Rooster.”
Boutique Cellars & Olive Groves
We’ve hand-picked three distinct wineries (2 for the afternoon option) to give you a comprehensive overview of Tuscan traditions. At each estate, you will sample 4 or more wines alongside extra virgin olive oil. The second stop features a typical Tuscan light lunch (or dinner) designed to teach you the art of food and wine pairing.
The Charm of a Tuscan Village
No trip to wine country is complete without a stop in Greve in Chianti (or another picturesque village, depending on daily logistics). Admire the unique triangular piazza and historic porticoes. Fun fact for our US guests: this is the birthplace of Giovanni da Verrazzano, the explorer who first reached New York Harbor!
A Table Among the Vines
The highlight of the day? A relaxed multi-course lunch (or dinner) at a selected winery. We believe great wine belongs with great food. You’ll indulge in regional dishes featuring pasta, local pecorino cheeses, and artisanal cold cuts—all served with the warm hospitality that makes Tuscany world-famous. Nothing is rushed: take your time to savor every sip and view.

Activity level: very easy. Limited walking and few stairs.
However, due to uneven surfaces and stairs, the tour is not suitable for people with wheelchairs or walking disabilities.

– Florence to 1st winery approx. 45 mins
– 1st winery to Greve in Chianti approx. approx. 10 mins
– Greve in Chianti to 2nd winery approx. 30 mins
– 2nd winery to 3rd winery approx. 30 mins
– 3rd winery to Florence approx. 45 mins.
Sightseeing time: approx. 5 hours
Wines tasted: reds which are typical of the Chianti region (Chianti vintage, Riserva, Super Tuscan, etc.). As a plus, depending on the time of the year, production, wineries, etc. you may also taste some rosé or white wine (not guaranteed).
Allergy-friendly: vegetarian and gluten-free can be catered for, upon request at the time of booking.
Luggage: you can bring your luggage with you and store them on the bus
Restroom: the bus does not have restrooms, however the longest ride on this tour is approx 45 minutes

It is approximately an 8-minute walk from Florence Santa Maria Novella Train Station.

How to identify your tour:
Look for a red flag/check-in table with the Prestige Rent logo.
If you arrive early (a great idea!) and cannot spot your guide immediately, do not panic. Your guide will be there at the check-in time.
Please note: the meeting point is a bus terminal with no public facilities. If you want a coffee or need to use the restroom, please do so beforehand.
Return time:
The tour ends at the original departure point, normally around 5:15pm (morning option) or 9:30pm (afternoon option).
Exact return times depend on traffic. If you plan to book other activities, train tickets, or dinners afterwards, we highly recommend building in plenty of extra time.
IMPORTANT:
We cannot delay departure for late arrivals out of respect for other guests.
If you need further information, please contact us well in advance rather than at the last minute.
If you show up late or cannot find the meeting point for any reason, refunds will not be issued. Arriving on time is the best way to enjoy the experience from the start.
