Vehicle: Mercedes sedan or van, depending on your party size and amount of luggage. Cleaned and sanitized

Luggage: it is mandatory to specify the amount of luggage your party will be traveling with to be sure they can fit into the assigned vehicle.

Usually, we consider 1 suitcase + 1 handbag per person

Departure time: Suggested 9:00am but you can customize it, to suit your travel needs

Departure location: your accommodation Florence

Stop duration: 2 hours

Arrival location: your accommodation in Rome

Duration: approx 7 hours (i.e. 9:00am pick up – 4:00pm drop off). However, if you’d like to extend your stop or add additional stops you can check availability directly with your driver.

Meeting instructions:

– Airport: your driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the gate, holding a sign with your name on it. In Italy, drivers are not allowed to enter the baggage claim area
– Accommodation: your driver will look for you in the lobby of your hotel.
– Private apartment: meet your driver close to the main door, in the street.

Any different meeting instructions will be notified on your confirmation voucher.

• 11:30am to 1:30pm – free time to visit Assisi, at your own pace
• 4:00pm – Arrival at your accommodation in Rome
