Luggage: it is mandatory to specify the amount of luggage your party will be traveling with to be sure they can fit into the assigned vehicle.

Departure/Arrival location: Milan/Florence

Duration: approx. 3.5 hours (depending on traffic, accommodation, etc.)

Meeting instructions:
– Hotel: your driver will look for you in the lobby of your hotel.
– Private apartment: meet your driver close to the main door, in the street.
– Airport (LINATE): your driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the gate, holding a sign with your name on it. In Italy, drivers are not allowed to enter the baggage claim area
– Train Station: detailed instruction on your confirmation voucher, depending on the Station

Any different meeting instructions will be notified on your confirmation voucher.
