Vehicle: Mercedes sedan or van, depending on your party size and amount of luggage. Cleaned and sanitized

Luggage: it is mandatory to specify the amount of luggage your party will be traveling with to be sure they can fit into the assigned vehicle.

Arrival location: Venice or your accommodation in Florence

Duration: approx 6 hours (i.e. 9:00am pick up – 3:00pm drop off). However, if you’d like to extend your stop or add additional stops you can check availability directly with your driver.

Meeting instructions:

– Airport: your driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the gate, holding a sign with your name on it. In Italy, drivers are not allowed to enter the baggage claim area
– Accommodation: your driver will look for you in the lobby of your hotel.
– Private apartment: meet your driver close to the main door, in the street.
– Piazzale Roma car terminal in Venice: detailed info and directions on your confirmation voucher.

Please note:
Being Venice an island, the pick up or drop off in Venice will be at Piazzale Roma Car terminal (cars cannot go further). The connections between the car terminal and the city center of Venice is guaranteed by private water taxis or a public water buses; detailed info and directions, upon booking.
