Meeting instructions:
– Airport: your driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the gate, holding a sign with your name on it. In Italy, drivers are not allowed to enter the baggage claim area
– Accommodation: your driver will look for you in the lobby of your hotel.
– Private apartment: meet your driver close to the main door, in the street.
Any different meeting instructions will be notified on your confirmation voucher.

Can I extend the duration of the stop at Outlet Stores?
Yes, you can. This transfer includes up to 2 hours stop at Barberino Designer Outlet.
If you want to extend it or include additional stops, simply ask your driver to confirm the availability and additional cost.

Yes, it is! We can accommodate people with reduced mobility and foldable wheelchair/scooters users.

We are leaving Italy on the same day of the transfer, can we be dropped off directly at the airport?
Yes, you can but please let us know the exact departure flight details. In this way we can schedule your day accordingly, to arrive at the Airport at the perfect time.
