The Pisa tower
The beautiful tower does lean and is worth the climb: nearly 300 stairs made of marble! Enjoy the panorama over mountains, Arno river and during sunny days even on the sea.
Then look down and admire the impressive views over the Duomo and Baptistery from the top. The Leaning Tower of Pisa has become a symbol for the entire Italian Republic.

The Leaning Tower is located in the majestic Piazza dei Miracoli, which makes a perfect showplace for these exquisite examples of Romanesque architecture.
The works for building Pisa Cathedral began in 1062. The Cathedral and Baptistery, the Tower of Pisa and the Campo Santo form together one of the most beautiful and famous building groups in the world.

The University of Pisa was founded in 1343 and is one of the most ancient universities in whole of Europe and among the most prestigious in Italy.
Pisa is also the birthplace of Galileo Galilei and here he was first student and then professor of Mathematics in 1589.
Arno river

Meeting instructions:

– Airport: your driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the gate, holding a sign with your name on it. In Italy, drivers are not allowed to enter the baggage claim area
