Meeting instructions:
– Airport: your driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the gate, holding a sign with your name on it. In Italy, drivers are not allowed to enter the baggage claim area
– Accommodation: your driver will look for you in the lobby of your hotel.
– Private apartment: meet your driver close to the main door, in the street.
Any different meeting instructions will be notified on your confirmation voucher.

Unfortunately, no! If you’d like to add this optional service you must book it at the time of reservation or at least a few days in advance.
