Service type: private, your party will be the only one in the vehicle
Language: the driver is English-speaking
Vehicle: Mercedes sedan or van, depending on your party size and amount of luggage.
Luggage: it is mandatory to specify the amount of luggage your party will be traveling with to be sure they can fit into the assigned vehicle. Usually, we consider 1 suitcase + 1 handbag per person
Wine Tour/Tasting: it is not included in the price because we also have clients interested in admiring the world-famous Tuscan countryside but do not drink wine or parties in which not everyone drinks wine. Obviously if you like to visit a Tuscan winery, taste wine, olive oil etc. simply select the number of people interested in, (in the add-on section during the booking) and we’ll arrange it for you.
Visited winery: if option booked, we can reserve one of the wineries we work with, however, if you prefer to book a winery of your choice, let us know at the time of booking, so we can check the logistic of the day, timing, etc.
Wines tasted: mainly reds typical of the Chianti region (Chianti Classico, Riserva, Super Tuscan, etc.)
Accessibility: we can accommodate people with reduced mobility and foldable wheelchair/scooters users, if advised at the time of reservation
Friendly cancellation policy: full refund for cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the departure time

Departure time: Suggested 9:00am but you can customize it to suit your travel needs
Departure location: your accommodation in Florence (or Rome)
Stop duration: 2 hours in total between Greve in Chianti and the winery (if option selected)
Arrival location: your accommodation in Rome (or Florence )
Duration: approx 6 hours (i.e. 9:00am pick up – 3:00pm drop off). If you’d like to extend your stop or add additional stops, you can ask for availability/price directly to your driver.
Meeting instructions:
– Accommodation: your driver will look for you in the lobby of your hotel.
– Private apartment: meet your driver close to the main door, in the street.
– Airport: your driver will be waiting for you at the exit of the gate, holding a sign with your name on it. In Italy, drivers are not allowed to enter the baggage claim area.
Any different meeting instructions will be notified on your confirmation voucher.
- 9:00am – Depart from your accommodation in Florence
- 10:00am to 10:30am – Stop in Greve in Chianti
- 10:30am to 11:00am – Driving through one of the most beautiful Tuscan wine roads
- 11:00am to 12:30pm – Stop at a typical Tuscan winery, for wine tasting (if option selected) or continue explore the Tuscan wine country
- 3:00 pm (approx.) – Arrive at your accommodation in Rome
